K. Cachera discovered her love for writing stories when she was ten years old; with a tattered notebook and pencil in hand, she began crafting her first idea at a family reunion. She is a human resources consultant by day and a writer by night.

K. Cachera enjoys traveling to new places, trying new foods, and engaging in new activities, all of which contribute to her inspiration and research. She also loves reading, skiing, drawing, and playing video games. She lives in the beautiful state of Colorado with her husband, Jason, and cat, Rue.
